We are fortunate to have Diane Morris join MTS leading our PMO and Agile delivery practice. Diane has served in a variety of delivery, leadership and consultative roles over the past 25 years.

Diane assists clients in delivering projects to drive their business forward. She has a very pragmatic approach and is able to personally plan and manage project delivery using a variety of methodologies and tools.

Diane hit the ground running at MTS. She is leading an ERP implementation for a medium-sized manufacturing business implementing Acumatica. Our practice leaders are truly those that lead by example. Diane can personally manage projects and delivery. In addition, she can assist finding the right person to help with your PMO or Agile delivery needs. Diane is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster.
