People & Processes make it all work!

Experience and wisdom provide great value.  Both require a person or team experiencing a number of environments over long periods of time.

We are fortunate to have friends and former colleagues with great experience and wisdom available to help our current and new customers solve problems and move the IT needle forward to support their business. We have a new customer we had been speaking with for several months about helping with the selection and implementation of a new ITSM platform.  This company is a manufacturer whose business grew exponentially during Covid. Suddenly, they found themselves needing a more robust ITSM platform as well as better defined processes for delivering IT.

Gena Bridges has decades of experience and wisdom and can bring that to our customer in this critical project. Gena has IT operations experience across a vast number of environments and utilizing a variety of tools.  IT is dependent on:

  • dedicated people
  • defined processes
  • tools for managing and measuring performance  

“IT will fail to support the business if any of the three are missing.   My objective is to ensure all three legs are of equal strength, each supporting the others.”  

We look forward to improving IT delivery and performance for this customer as well as putting governance in place which will support on-going service improvement.  We especially look forward to having Gena as part of our team to help with this critical project.

Gena Bridges has spent her career helping organizations maximize the benefits from IT in helping deliver on the company's vision and mission with their products and services. Gena spent the last 15 years with NTT Data, Dell and Perot Systems serving clients across various industries.   Her specialty is ITIL processes, procedures and automation as well as the tools needed to execute these processes.
