Tim Morris
President
Tim has over 25 years of leadership experience in the fields of IT services, sales, service delivery, and support. Tim has served in a variety of roles supporting customers and leading large organizations. In addition, Tim was a founding partner of Plano, TX-based (GuideIT, LLC). Tim has a wealth of experience serving customers of all sizes and industries. Tim’s network of talent includes former colleagues and team members across the entire IT spectrum. Tim earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
Philip Kelly
VP Architecture & Infrastructure
Phil brings over 20 years of experience in Infrastructure Leadership and Management, Strategic Vision, Program Management, and Service Delivery for Large Hospital Systems and Fortune 100 businesses across multiple industries. Phil has a proven record as a results-driven leader with his vast operational experience utilizing the ITIL service delivery framework. He has improved customers’ infrastructure services, implemented successful EHR implementations, and reduced operating expenses, while simultaneously improving serviceability, availability and business continuity.
Alex Penrose
VP of Clincial Application Services
Alex leads our Clinical Application Services group. She has over 25 years of healthcare IT experience with her beginnings in clinical operations. She earned her BS in Medical Technology from the University of Texas, Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX. With expertise that spans multiple electronic health record systems, including Oracle (Cerner) and Epic, Alex is capable of leading teams through any level of system complexity.
Patrick Mays
COO
Patrick brings a combination of operational and consulting experience with organizations of all sizes.
Before earning his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Patrick worked in digital health at Baylor Scott & White Health and consulting at EY. His experiences span large-scale Epic implementations to individualized product implementations for physicians.
Tracy Curtis
CFO
Tracy brings a wealth of experience in both public and private organizations.
Prior to joining MTS, Tracy was vice president of finance with Unisys Corporation, a public company in the IT outsourcing and security space, where she was responsible for providing independent partnership to leadership to break down the strategic vision into actionable and measurable steps to drive accountability. Prior to joining Unisys, Tracy was vice president and corporate controller with Imagine Communications, a private equity owned media communications company. Before Imagine Communications, Tracy held leadership positions at Dell Inc.(formerly Perot Systems), where she was group finance director for the Global Center of Excellence, group finance director for Infrastructure Solutions, finance/accounting operations global controller, and controller for the Heathcare Division.
Before her tenure at Dell, Tracy had various leadership roles at Intellicall, Inc. and Pennzoil Company.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
In her personal time, Tracy is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends, and loves to read.

James Anjuri

Rich Balluff
Infrastructure Architect
Rich has worked in the IT field specializing in Healthcare for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has continued to further his education with a bachelor’s degree in information technology and an MBA degree from Arizona State University. The combination of his business knowledge and technical skills make him a valuable asset. His passion and leadership have led him to be a trusted advisor to executive leadership. He has built his career on listening to business drivers and translating them into effective enterprise technology strategy. He has designed and implemented multi-site data center strategies for large healthcare customers. He has a proven track record of managing teams and achieving goals. Using his drive, ambition and thirst for knowledge, he developed skills transferable across many platforms and technologies.
Rich specializes in infrastructure architecture design for health systems, migrating or deploying new EMR platforms, compute utility (On-Premise or hosted), virtualization (compute and VDI), and storage.
Mike Carson
Infrastructure Project Manager
Michael brings extensive experience of executing and leading efforts across a range of industries and areas of focus. He has led efforts in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and other lines of business. Michael has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams through enterprise level initiatives. He is a highly collaborative individual and has shown the ability manage project and change management initiatives to a successful completion in complex environments.
Michael brings a focus on the end user to his efforts while maintaining attention on the strategic objectives. He has experience working in various methodologies and can provide the level of detail needed to execute your efforts. His experience includes Infrastructure upgrades, Business Process design and deployment, and Application deployment.
Luis Del Toro, CCIE
Network Architect
Luis brings with him over 20 years of experience in the Network Infrastructure and Unified Communications. Starting at the very beginning of getting his foot in the door, he has worked his way from physical installations and testing with no knowledge of the products to being one of the most sought-after Principal Architects in the industry. This career path gives him a unique perspective and well-rounded approach to technology, team building, teamwork, and customer communications. Leading teams and projects have been Luis’s strength throughout his career. Each project with different sets of requirements and team members where communications and work ethic are
paramount to the success of engagement.
Luis has served as the Principle Solutions Architect (Epic hosted and On-Premise deployments) for multiple Enterprise Healthcare providers. He has also served as the Principle Solutions Architect for Enterprise Network and Data Center deployments for Enterprise Healthcare providers.
Deana Eiland
Infrastructure Director
Deana has 20 plus years in IT across a variety of technologies. Deana has been responsible for, managed and directed teams and programs across infrastructure and applications. Deana's specialty is directing and driving large complex programs. Most recently, Deana is responsible for a large Cisco unified communication deployment for a major health system with 20,000 + users. Deana has a very no-nonsense style and is able to interact with and relate to team members and executives in accomplishing a given mission.
Deana also has a very strong understanding of ITIL and IT Operations. She was an early adopter of ITIL and can assist customers in driving efficiency, accountability, and reliability through effective IT operations processes.
Deana also has extensive experience in Outsourcing relationship and delivery management as well as contracting mechanisms. Deana served as an Executive Director of Infrastructure Services for Dell Services and Perot Systems prior to joining MTS.
Jon Garcia
Infrastructure Architect
Jon Garcia is a seasoned IT architect with more than 20 years experience across a variety of technology towers in IT infrastructure including: network, servers, storage, firewalls, messaging, and windows server administration. Jon has a convergence of wide and deep technology skills that is rare amongst IT professionals. Jon can architect, design, solution and implement across these technology towers.
Mr. Garcia’s cloud experience includes public, private and hybrid. Additionally, he is experienced with all of the major cloud vendors and providers.
Jon currently serves as an architect for a large not-for-profit on a retained monthly basis. he is also serving as a fractional architect for a large Northeast based hospital system.
Charles Holcomb
Sr. Engineering Director
Charles Holcomb has 15+ years of experience as a senior engineering director. Charles began his career as a hands-on technologist. His career progressed through the network, server and converged infrastructure path which provides him with a very broad and deep understanding in his field.
Charles also has project and delivery management experience, leading complex projects and programs as well as managing service delivery for outsourced customers. Charles can engage with, and work with, the senior technology engineers as well as with mid management and executives.
Charles has led teams of network and server engineers supporting a variety of industries. He's also served as the client executive and service delivery leader for 4 various industry groups including banking, healthcare and financial services. His most recent project includes leading the acquisition integration effort for a major health system.
Charles earned a bachelor's in Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
Brian Rei
Infrastructure Project Manager - Epic End User Compute
Brian has worked in the IT field for more than ten (10) years, seven of which were in healthcare. He has a unique blend of technical skills combined with abilities around complex troubleshooting, organization, client service, escalated problem resolution, process improvements, organization, attention to detail, technical project management.
Prior to his specialty focus in healthcare end-user compute technical project management for Epic deployments, Brian supported small and medium business across network, infrastructure, help desk, firewalls, etc. His broad and deep experience in IT provides a great foundation for his current focus.
Skye Robertson
Imprivata Engineer/Administrator
Results-oriented information technology specialist with over fourteen years of experience focusing on various operating systems, security solutions, and application platforms. Proven ability to respond immediately and confidently during communication outages in high-stress situations. Acknowledged job trainer and leader, adept at learning new systems or methods and implementing them. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and ensure project completion.
Russ Rosenquist
Infrastructure Project Manager
Russ brings a unique set of skills necessary for hardware deployment and facilities readiness for Go Live activities. With 20+ years in the transportation/logistics industry, and now 5 years in the IT sector, Russ has successfully handled all logistical aspects for the shipping and receiving for Network equipment as well as End User devices. Russ has also served as the central contact for Vendor Management/Vendor Relations for both equipment procurement and construction tasks. Russ has proven to be able to work with Network and Desktop teams, work with team leads for Technical Dress Rehearsals, as well as lead Command Centers during Go Live activities. As a Project Coordinator, Russ has a proven record of effectiveness and efficiency.
In his experiences, Russ has lead logistical projects in excess of $15M, and construction projects in excess of $25M.
Jeff Silverstein
Sr. Infrastructure Architect
Jeff brings 20 + years of experience working throughout the Microsoft stack as a senior architect. Jeff specializes in various aspects of the Microsoft tool suite including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive as well as Microsoft server operating systems.
Jeff has architected and directed migrations for Acquisitions as well as upgrades for large organizations, primarily health systems. These migrations have included organizations as large as 20,000 users.
Jeff's specialty is to architect a solution for a customer taking into account their existing tool suite, skillset, budget as well as their operating model. Jeff is also known for not only architecting solutions, but seeing them through to engineering, deployment and ultimately turning over to the existing staff for operations.
Jeff has a host of certifications and experience across the Microsoft stack as well as experience with a plethora of tools complementary to the Microsoft environment.
John Mitchell
Technical Program Manager
John brings 30 + years of experience working with a variety of infrastructure projects. He earned his MBA and a Masters in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas as well as a Bachelors in Industrial Technology from The University of North Texas.
Superb financial background and proven project manager. John has the tools to lead teams in the most purposeful and efficient way possible.
